History These are unique and individually hand-crafted items - not a factory-made series! We only create a very, very limited number of items per year - if we are motivated at all. Usually, our friends and aquaintances grab our creations rather quickly. Occasionally, we may present an object here as «for sale/accepting offers» which means, we are open to serious offers.
The picture above is a nice display of one of our recent tables in action. The wide-angle industry-TFT is equally impressive as the LED-illuminated arcade buttons don't you think?
Specs Do not be deceived by its retro style appearance - this baby is made of real wood and contains only brand new high-quality components. Here are some common specifications:
Treasured In order to avoid any confusion - our Arcade Table are not based on PC hardware or videogame consoles. Instead, the user can install JAMMA-compatible arcade game hardware boards (printed circuit boards, PCBs) into the table. The same hardware which is usually installed in video game arcades around the world.
Thanks to the internal JAMMA interface of our Arcade Coffee Table, you can plug in most JAMMA-compatible arcade PCBs
which have been made during the last 20 years. The only restrictions may be the control type and/or the size of the
PCB. The maximum PCB dimensions are approximately (WxLxH) 300mm x 350mm x 120mm.
The screen orientation can be easily changed from horizontal to vertical. This design is especially great for vertical shooting games!
Last but not least, the girlfriend-compatible form-factor: If your girlfriend or spouse does not allow a true arcade cabinet in your house, then this may be the solution for you...
...or just upgrade your maid-cafe or ante room.

Originally, our little venture started with the design of electronic arcade hardware components. We finally developed a line of JAMMA interface PCBs (printed circuit boards) and arcade control panel adapters. Unlike conventional MAK or supergun adapters, our interfaces allow for easy integration of arcade game boards into self-made cabinets. Consequently, our custom-made PCBs are being used in our own projects as well. At the same time, we started building 80's retro arcade cocktail tables. In 2007, we finally unveiled our own original Arcade Coffee Table design.

Btw. - shipping costs for such a delicate item are not for the faint-hearted. Therefore, we highly recommend to pick up your table when you are around here in Germany, 'mmmkay.

Basiccally the same stuff which is installed in video game arcades around the world.
If you have never ever seen an arcade game PCB you should browse the excellent
System 16 Arcade Museum.
One more thing - we are not selling or trading arcade game boards but we can give you directions to get your favorite arcade game (board).
If you are located in Europe, you may want to check out the online shop at
ArcadiaBay.
ArcadiaBay is well-known for their huge selection of classic arcade game boards and also their very knowledgable and friendly staff.
Table Body
A unique combination of lumber and plywood is being used for all wooden parts of our tables.
The non-toxic paint used is certified for childen's toys in Germany btw..
Screen There is always a controversy when it comes to gaming on TFT-displays. We have been comparing TFTs from different makers for several months: Either the viewing angle was unacceptable for a table or the response time was too slow.
Finally, we found a great multisync industry TFT solution for our tables.
We are very pleased with the wide viewing angle (from all directions!), the quick response time,
the hassle-free autodetect sync for applications between 15kHz and 31kHz and the rugged metal casing.
The screen orientation can be easily changed from horizontal to vertical. This design is especially great for vertical shooting games!
Have a look at the following closeup of our TFT
with a picture from a «Mushihimesama» arcade PCB (at 15kHz).
Control Panel All new genuine japanese arcade hardware is being used for the joystick and the action buttons. One Sanwa Joystick and four LED-illuminated action buttons are already wired according to JAMMA/Neo Geo Standard. Moreover, there is a connector jack to connect a joystick/joypad for a second player (accepts Neo Geo compatible joysticks, joypads or adapters). Just in case that your arcade game board does not support a "free-play" feature, we also provided a hidden non-illuminated standard-button for Coin-In functionality.
JAMMA
Interface
Thanks to the internal JAMMA interface of our Arcade Coffee Table, you can plug in most JAMMA-compatible arcade PCBs which have been made during the last 20 years. The only restrictions may be the control type and/or the size of the PCB - max. PCB dimensions: (WxLxH) 300mm x 350mm x 120mm.
Sound The 2-way speaker system is provided by Canton (JAMMA compatible, mono).
Silent Power Supply Depending on the configuration, either one or two convection-cooled power supplies will provide enough power without any noise from cooling fans. Of course, those industry-grade power supplies will accept a broad range between 100 to 240 VAC. The mains switch is illuminated and contains a separate mains fuse.
Last but not least, the girlfriend-compatible form-factor: If your girlfriend or spouse does not allow a true arcade cabinet in your house, then this may be the solution for you...
...or just upgrade your maid-cafe or ante room.
The "Treasure Chest" is our most recent addition. A clean design with great useability. The frame is made entirely out of solid oak, providing extraordinary strenght (and weight). This beauty is a true JAMMA arcade cabinet (minus the coin-slot) for your living room. Please note that this particular model is not for sale but we are about to finish a similar model with the same design - please ask for details. Click on previews for larger pictures (Javascript Popup).
Our «Red Dragon» table does feature a rather aggressive color combination, Right now, we are accepting reasonable offers for this particular model (without arcade game PCB). Click on previews for larger pictures (Javascript Popup).
A classic color combination which works great with dark furniture. This model is not for sale. Click on previews for larger pictures (Javascript Popup).
